Never Say Never Again. DJs Mikko and Henkka (on the right) of the "Alternative Night" Saturday disco kindly asked me to play some records at the five years celebration night of the said event. After some hesitation I agreed.
There was some of the usual customer feedback, though, which brought back some memories why I stopped playing these nights in the first place; the usual case of Discophrenia, you could say.
A special mention must go to the unnamed gentleman who, in a misjudged attempt to leave his empty glass pint to the DJ booth, missed the platform, thus crashing the glass on the floor next to where I was playing records, and the said punter instantly escaping to the bar. Nevertheless, the night was fun mostly, and also the comeback gig of And the Lefthanded was stunning, so I can't say there's too much to complain about.
