Bad Ass Reputation/Play At Your Own Risk is Tiff McGinnis (aka Crazy Girl) debut release for DC Recordings. She's previously collaborated with the likes of The Idjut Boys, Maurice Fulton, Adamski & Tim Love Lee (her first single "Cocaine Talk" was released on Tim's Tummy Touch label). As well as her renowned solo live performances across the Globe (she is a regular at Nag Nag Nag & The Cock London) she's about to embark on a new five-piece live extravaganza under the name Crazy Girl And The D.O.G. co-produced by Matt Ducasse of Skylab.

The first disc of this double 12" sees Crazy Girl's p-funk style vocals driven by a Tom Tom Club-esque dub disco production courtesy of Chicken Lips. Andy Meechham & Dean Meredith are a truly prolific duo, as well as their releases under the Chicken Lips name for Kingsize, countless remixes for Supergrass, Chicks on Speed, Nigo, Playgroup, Underworld, Stereo MCs, etc. They also record together under the Big Two Hundred moniker for DC Recordings. Andy's solo Emperor Machine album "Aimee Tallulah Is Hypnotised" is due for release on DC later this year.

It's Crazy Girl versus Depth Charge for thew Second Installment as the pair rework the 80's Planet Patrol classic "Play At Your Own Risk" into an dubbed-out electro frenzy. Kane's credentials for covering this track are fully justified by his notorious work as the Octagon Man and the innovative electro output from his Electron Industries label.
