Multi moniker man J. Saul Kane goes head to head with himself as The Octagon Man does battle with Depth Charge on the forthcoming single "I Dream". Mr Kane has been crafting his unique brand of mechanical funk for many moons now and "I Dream" is another refreshingly distinct outing amidst today's abundance of electronic music.

The title's looping bleeps & glitches would be reminiscent of the sound emitted from a battered early 80's arcade game, were it not for the digitally disturbed grit and bleating sheep samples! On the flip side, "Mmm" is a testament to Kane's ability to reach deep inside the tools of his trade as shuffling electro beats and jerky analogue rhythms collide in a mass of filtered twists and turn before you enter the spatial ambience of the closing track "Barid Void".

Work is already underway on a forthcoming Octagon Man album due for release later this year.
